A disturbing truth by Lucianus Mauricius

We’re programmed by our parents and society with the absurd notion that in order for us to be valued members and contributors of our society, we must all go to school, get a degree, and find a job that pays well. The list of what we’re infused with goes on and on, but I’ve never hear someone teach the truth about it all.

What’s the point of doing all that, if you’re gonna be miserable all your life?

Why are we valued members of society only when we fill a position somewhere in a company and lock ourselves into a cubicle for 8 hours a day 6 days a week?

WHY MUST WE USE CREATIVITY ONLY AS A HOBBY, AND NOT AS A PATH TO A MUCH MORE FULFILLING LIFE?

Our parents got it all wrong, cause they want us to be what they never were, and never will be. Their dead dreams, move to be resurrected through us, and thus the pressure amounts to rebellion against them and the whole world which seems to have all us go into a building of “knowledge” and have mold come out the same, more like grinded meat. It’s macabre.

About julienmatei
I feel an inner urge to express what I see, to communicate and share with others all these impressions. Often the things I see are there, not yet manifest, but waiting... to be observed, talked about, and embraced. These new insights need another approach, a more vivid curiosity... Due to fear and prejudice we prefer to see only "the official" truth - but THE OFFICIAL TRUTH IS DEAD - being dead, it has nothing to give... We can continue pretending Death is fascinating or... we can take the trouble to LIVE... THE NEW has no definition yet... Again, IT requires another "perception", the courage to apprehend everything differently, from a totally new angle, with new confidence and inquisitive touch. This blog is not about interesting concepts, it is about participation... finding new solutions, inspiration, togetherness.

So ….. is it OUR duty to teach our loved ones the opposite?

    • julienmatei says:

Hm…”the opposite” creates as much confusion…

      Truth is beyond opposites…

We have to – pure and simple – learn to live without conflict and fear…

      • goldennuggetde says:

        D’accord.

      • goldennuggetde says:

But still: is it our duty to show this way our loved ones?
And if so: how can I convince anybody that only this is the fulfilling way?

  2. julienmatei says:

    We need another “dream”.

This dream is a “different” connection to reality – connection not based on fear and bigotry, but on freedom – inner freedom.

It is You who is “the loved one” and your “duty” is to be truthfull to yourself! When you live your real Truth, your Dharma, there is no need for convictions or “convincing”.

Being truthful you become a vessel – and whoever is thirsty, will drink…
