If you are hungry for the truth, you will know it

She says:

“Time is relative, if you think about it”

My answer:

If “time is relative”, as we live “in time” we could also conclude that
everything – including existence – is “relative”. If everything is relative, I don´t need to take any responsibility.

I ask you seriously: ARE YOU RELATIVE?…

Indeed, the whole society lives under the sign of the Relative,
“relative” meaning doubt – “I don´t know and can´t know anything for sure, there is always place for doubt, therefore, I can´t assume anything wholly and efficiently.”

Doubt and living “relative-ly” is a subtle excuse to continue living in a vague tepid zone, refusing to admit the most immediate, irrevocable and one-sided truth: OUR ESCAPE FROM UNRESOLVED PROBLEMS HAS CREATED TIME.

When we say “time is relative” we relativize our problems, don´t we…? – meaning that we don´t see the urgency to inquire…

Let´s ponder: is hunger relative? We can say it is, but when you are hungry there is the absolute urgency to eat, there is no doubt or relativity about that…

The same goes for what I stated earlier in another post: TIME STOPS IN THE MOMENT THAT WE SEE THE URGENCY OF A PROBLEM.

Unless we are hungry for the truth, we will continue to live and create more time, more pain, more suffering…

About julienmatei
I feel an inner urge to express what I see, to communicate and share with others all these impressions. Often the things I see are there, not yet manifest, but waiting... to be observed, talked about, and embraced. These new insights need another approach, a more vivid curiosity... Due to fear and prejudice we prefer to see only "the official" truth - but THE OFFICIAL TRUTH IS DEAD - being dead, it has nothing to give... We can continue pretending Death is fascinating or... we can take the trouble to LIVE... THE NEW has no definition yet... Again, IT requires another "perception", the courage to apprehend everything differently, from a totally new angle, with new confidence and inquisitive touch. This blog is not about interesting concepts, it is about participation... finding new solutions, inspiration, togetherness.

But then why,for someone who is bored, time seems to go slower and for someone who has fun, time fly’s away.Isn’t then time relative?

Are you bored…? And if you are, have you wondered why?…
What is boredom really? I am not speaking of that boredom of attending a tedious lecture or listening to prosaic classical music or studying a meaningless book…I AM SPEAKING ABOUT BOREDOM AS AN INNER CONDITIONING.
Can we look into that with a fresh and unbiased attitude?
“I am having fun” is the other side of “I am bored”. “I am having fun” and “I am bored” go hand in hand. The mind is in a perpetual state of agitation between different harsh or subtle nuances of these two extremes.
Thus, boredom is mind trying to have fun basically …It is this time-creating MIND getting stuck in the pursuit of pleasure – mind falling victim to its own conditioning.
If you get what I say you might “get rid” of boredom forever.
