The Secret of Happiness

Have no preference

About julienmatei
I feel an inner urge to express what I see, to communicate and share with others all these impressions. Often the things I see are there, not yet manifest, but waiting... to be observed, talked about, and embraced. These new insights need another approach, a more vivid curiosity... Due to fear and prejudice we prefer to see only "the official" truth - but THE OFFICIAL TRUTH IS DEAD - being dead, it has nothing to give... We can continue pretending Death is fascinating or... we can take the trouble to LIVE... THE NEW has no definition yet... Again, IT requires another "perception", the courage to apprehend everything differently, from a totally new angle, with new confidence and inquisitive touch. This blog is not about interesting concepts, it is about participation... finding new solutions, inspiration, togetherness.

      Hi Sue,
Such a huge subject matter…In few words:

Is there a “valid” definition of happiness?
Can anything true and real – for that matter – ever be defined?…

If something can be repeated, that is, if that thing is to be found within the narrow limit of whatever “knowable”, within a formula, it’s hardly ever “it”.

With other words Happiness is not a projection, nothing to strive after, nothing to
      unfold…

It may seem like that, but nothing “makes” one happy. Only happiness makes one
      happy 🙂
In fact happiness can make anything…-meaning that happiness precedes all fruitful
      action.

That ‘s why happiness has no particular preference, as its intrinsic nature knows
no comparison, it is beyond degree 🙂 Thus it can never be relative, only delusion can:

Whatever means many things to different people is not happiness, but rather the
      projection of happiness.

So nice of you to think of me.

Hugs and blessings back to you!

      Julien
