Who is who?

Those who happily live in the now are usually considered some kind of directionless wastrels.

Who are the wastrels after all?

The ambitious ones who create nothing but destruction and violence, or the one who
is at peace and naturally unfolds life…?

There is nowhere to arrive

You know this already: every time you reached a destination,
you replaced it with another fancier one.

Stop the cursed wheel of becoming!
Release yourself from the compulsion of going anywhere!

LET ALL DESTINATIONS WITHER!

They always taught you to flee you. To feel less. To strive.
To punish yourself. To diminish you by struggling for a
non-existent ideal.

THERE IS NO IDEAL!

You are the one to be eventually “reached”. You are already
what you want to reach, but you don´t know this.

DO YOU WANT TO KNOW…?

It´s all that simple

Ego is memory. Ego is time. Ego is linearity. Ego is identification with these.

If you manage to break away from the inertia of memory, time and linearity, you are free.

NOW!

The best definition of Love

To give yourself back to yourself.

It is as it is

You know, if we understand one question rightly, all questions are answered. But we don’t know how to ask the right question. To ask the right question demands a great deal of intelligence and sensitivity. Here is a question, a fundamental question: is life a torture? It is, as it is; and man has lived in this torture centuries upon centuries, from ancient history to the present day, in agony, in despair, in sorrow; and he doesn’t find a way out of it. Therefore he invents gods, churches, all the rituals, and all that nonsense, or he escapes in different ways.

What we are trying to do, during all these discussions and talks here, is to see if we cannot radically bring about a transformation of the mind, not accept things as they are, nor revolt against them. Revolt doesn’t answer a thing. You must understand it, go into it, examine it, give your heart and your mind, with everything that you have, to find out a way of living differently. That depends on you, and not on someone else, because in this there is no teacher, no pupil; there is no leader; there is no guru; there is no Master, no Saviour. You yourself are the teacher and the pupil; you are the Master; you are the guru; you are the leader; you are everything. And to understand is to transform what is.”

It is the unlived life that makes you restless

joyofclarity.wordpress.com

We always look for something to judge this moment against, to convince ourselves that we are`doing it right´

So wisely put:

“Every moment of our lives should be like child’s play.
Not easy, not hard, just as it is, without any judgement attached to it.

It is when we remove the labels, the expectations and the comparisons that we can truly lose ourselves in what is in front of us and stop looking for yesterday or wondering about tomorrow. We don’t enjoy today for what it is today, but rather what it means to us tomorrow.”

Running away is our only virtue

“I feel lonely because there’s no one to turn to, no one who would understand…”
she bitterly complains.

I empathize so with her words:

Indeed, who can she turn to?…- when everyone is so bloody entangled in his inner mess, stupidly and obstinately running away from truth?

There is nothing to attain

You are there – just don´t realize it yet…
