What if there is no more precious goal than You?

“So can I Love this moment and the next and the next?” – asks David.

Eventually, what is the “next” moment, if not this very instant?…

THIS MOMENT NOT LIVED AS AN EFFECT, BUT AS A POWERFUL CAUSE.

Speaking of which:

I hade quite an epiphany these last days: how would that be if instead of constantly chasing whatever “goal”, I turn MySelf into the most precious goal…? Moment by moment.

Indeed, what if “nearness” is another word for Love?…

Can I therefore stop looking for myself some time in an indefinite future, realizing that “distance” is simply a vapid concept, and instead get to know myself as “nearness” Now?

Admittedly – they all want to reach “far”, but how many of us are prone to lovingly examine their “near?

About julienmatei
I feel an inner urge to express what I see, to communicate and share with others all these impressions. Often the things I see are there, not yet manifest, but waiting... to be observed, talked about, and embraced. These new insights need another approach, a more vivid curiosity... Due to fear and prejudice we prefer to see only "the official" truth - but THE OFFICIAL TRUTH IS DEAD - being dead, it has nothing to give... We can continue pretending Death is fascinating or... we can take the trouble to LIVE... THE NEW has no definition yet... Again, IT requires another "perception", the courage to apprehend everything differently, from a totally new angle, with new confidence and inquisitive touch. This blog is not about interesting concepts, it is about participation... finding new solutions, inspiration, togetherness.

Yes because the now is so fleeting and instantaneous Meister Eckhart calls it the “Now Movement”. Or maybe the Stillness of the instant is the eye in the center of the hurricane with all that is swirling around is time itself.

My-Self as the goal is only possible in unity/relationship/communion with the whole. we must coincide and collide with the other for knowledge of Self to blossom and fulfill itself. Hence the apparent feeling of loneliness when no one responds. And the panic that ensues that I might actually be ALONE. If I am alone how can I love. It has been said that God created the world and to give/express/extend love.

    Thanks for your comment

How is it possible to be separate from the whole?

And if there is no separation from the whole, how can there ever be any collision with it?

I can see how one might imagine being separate “hence [an] apparent feeling of loneliness”. Imagined separations result in imagined collisions and ‘coincide-ings’.

Lots of things have been “said about” god. But I’ll let that rabbit run on down the hole.

      Peace…
