Distance – our God

The mirage of the far off.

We refuse to see what is in our very proximity.

Let´s face it, Here and Now are our worst enemies. Nearness, the unadulterated, that, which cannot be controlled, scares us to death. To such extent, that we have invented a world which reveres, prays to and puts Distance on a pedestal.

Always later.

The further, the better.

“What is”, does not count. We invariably buy into What is not…

We bargain Who We Are, with Who We Are Not.

Living in the far off

We inavariably sell this moment for an empty promise.
