Freedom is to invalidate all points of view

Why on earth do we constantly swallow and reiterate someone else´s point of view?

Can´t we once and for all see that whatever point of view is nothing but a limited and biased choice to see things in a certain manner? Anything you are tacitly “supposed to follow” disempowers you – be it knowledge, fashion, education, behaviour, etc.

AUTHORITY IS YOUR FEAR TO CHOOSE FOR YOURSELF.

Think it over:

If there wasn´t the ubiquitously ordained point of view instilled by “authority”, would we ever compare ourselves…?

Can´t we simply invalidate whatever “validity” served us by any authority?

How can you validate any system which makes you invalidate, demean and deny yourself?

Un-subscribe from anything which deprives you of your dignity, freedom, faith and greatness in yourself.

Invalidate all lies and expectations of who you are supposed to be!

To validate yourself is to invalidate all points of view!

No more second-hand descriptions.

Says Ben Neal:
Don’t be content with a label.
Forget the names—what are they pointing at?
Who are you? What is “I” made of? Where does thought come from? Is there anything you can really know for sure?
Me:
Truth, or essence can only be directly “known”. Name giving is in fact
fear to find out for ourselves what Reality is about.
As long as there is safety seeking there will be necessarily Authority.
No matter the field, authority exists, as a compensation for each individual´s Fear to investigate for himself.
That is, to have a direct, un-mediated experience, entails finding out and examining for yourself; to give up the false thought that there is
anyone else looking after you.
Responsibility for their own lives, assuming their loneliness – that´s exactly what people generally avoid, due to fear of facing their innermost nature.

Do we really need ideals?

Awake in 365 Days says:

There is so much pressure in society to be reaching these impossible ideals that make one feel in the ‘less than’ equation, even in spirituality, there’s this pressure not to be ‘unspiritual’ – your post reminds me of a saying that ‘in heaven all the interesting people are missing’.

Me:

All ideals are impossible, as whatever ideal basically denies what you are now.

Ideal breeds comparison, thus frustration -“less than” kind of equation…
”Less than” entails and calls for an authority -“more than” – to decide what is
worth striving for, worth living or dying for…

Authority can claim to know what´s best for you, and therefore control you only
as long as you belittle yourself giving your power away to it.

Thus, the very idea of pursuing any ideal creates separation, insecurity, sorrow, ultimately violence.

If I am busy to fulfill my ideal, can I ever be entirely open for anyone else?…
Most likely not, as “my ideal” and “yours” can never match each other.

Language, concepts and understanding

“Julien. Please explain the word “understanding”, says seeingwhatis.

Me:
I have been meaning to write about this earlier, and due to his triggering question I´ll finally
unfold my inner urge to shed some light on this suject.

You have most likely never pondered on this, but TO UNDERSTAND  means basically “to stand under”.

To stand under, implies literally that there is an authority you have to conform to, that,
in order to get the message, you have to “under-evaluate” yourself – namely, stand under something.
Someone must be necessarily “right”, and someone else “wrong”.

If there is “under-standing” it should exist its opposite – “over-standing”. The “knowing”
and the “not knowing”. The master and the sclave.

So the question is, do you “stand under” me, or do I “stand over” you? Or vice versa…

As it is inherent in the langauge, it is philosophically and  politically correct and
you are “always “expected”, tacitly supposed, to “stand under”.

I wonder why “understanding” was not invented as “equal-standing”.

Can you see this?
Only when WE ARE EQUALLY WORTH, when we are on the same level, in the same breath
and energy, in true connection with to each other, can there be any real talk about “understanding”.

My point is that language bears intrinsically the direct and unquestionable tacit evidence
that there is an authority – with other words, that are those who “over-stand” and the others
who “under-stand”.

To sustain my point, let´s take the word “comprehend”. It comes from latin – comprehendere.
It consists of two words: com – meaning together, and prehendere which means…CRITICIZE!!

Imagine that: TO UNDERSTAND MEANS LITERALLY TO CRITICIZE TOGETHER!!!
Unbelievable, isn´t it? Criticizing each other means to understand…It is staggering:
Can you see the folly of the inherent bewildering concepts embedded in language…?

How the hell are we supposed to understand anything when we are tacitly and constantly expected to live under the obeisance of Authority, invariably dreading to be criticized?
How can we ever learn and comprehend anything for real when living in permanent anxiety, under the perennial yoke of being wrong…?

This is one of the most vitally important information I can come up with:

The structure of langauge is built and derives from the very idea of authority, of judgement.
Language is the disguised legacy of the ones “in power” versus the ones expected to obey.

Language is virtually an ageless instrument of the powerful to maintain their power through authority.

Argument, criticism, fear, dichotomy and ultimately war, are the natural effects of our timeless defective concepts inbred in language that we have inherited from generation to generation for thousands of years.

If we want to redeem and restore ourselves, we have to start heeding this insidious heredity,
doubting and questioning THE ERRONEOUS IMMEMORIAL IDEAS IN LANGAUGE, which are to be found at the foundation of our very civilization. These obsolete ideas are the latent Evil we all suffer to this very day

Yes, we are compelled to distrust language and reshape the inertial concepts if we want to live.

Langauge is eventually damnation

The mirrorless Self

In my last post I wrote this :

“It is a hard task for me to put in words what THE SOUL WHISPERS  but my reason doesn´t fully understand.”

It means that there is some kind of inner authority within myself, whose voice I sometimes hear, and from which I learn.

As it were, I don´t hear it when I am restless, agitated or too keen to hear it.

What is this “too keen to hear, to have or be something?” As I can clearly see it, it means that if I want something badly, I will only get the reverse of my wish. The stronger the wish, the greater the distance between me and the “wished-for” reality, or experience.

If I was to be asked what is the most important thing in life, I would answer undoubtedly: meaningful relations.

Yes, one of my greatest priorities in life is people, encounters, dialogue. To be in the company of open, intelligent, spiritually generous, unbiased persons, is a blessing.

I have to confess, that this is exactly the thing Life has refused me along the years. Such a painful paradox: the more I looked for contact and vivid connection with others, the more distance I created and the more lonely I became.

God, how I suffered because of this…Especially knowing that I have a lot to give, being always genuinely interested to understand “the other”, trying to create nearness and confidence.
I would instead attract all kind of callous, vain, vindictive cowards, who misused my interest and attention, taking without giving something back.

You could meet these persons once, to realize that next time you saw them, they would pretend they don´t know you.

So what was the lesson the Universe was so harshly teaching me?

Reaching the point of utter despair, I became aware of this hardly digestible truth:

FORGET THE OTHERS, DON´T SEARCH FOR PEOPLE, DON´T TRY TO MAKE FRIENDS, JUST LOOK INSIDE, AND ESTABLISH THE RIGHT CONTACT WITH YOUR SELF !

This raises a very essential and vital question:

HOW CAN YOU FIND YOURSELF WITHOUT A MIRROR? IS SELF A MIRROR OR IS IT MIRROR-LESS?

I wouldn´t dream of wasting time with unfruitful ruminating. It is clear that contact with Self, is contact with everything! It appears that only Self is Reality, both mirror and mirror-less.

I was forced to understand this hard lesson of turning to mySelf, to the most important authority within: the connection with this timeless inner Voice.

I still fall into the trap of looking outside for company, being the victim of my own sorrow that not more people are interested to communicate.

Yesterday I went to my usual cafe, feeling again that well-known state of despondency. I opened my blog, reading and learning from my last post and SUDDENLY, I was seized with peace and ease. I was again feeling alive and satisfied,
It was weird and confusing to observe how people around got curious and noticed my presence out of the blue, while I was totally uninterested of what was going on around me.

To conclude.

The only real authority to be trusted is contact with the Inner Voice. Contact with Self heals us from sadness, craving and false dependence. Hence, Desire is the best sign we are out of touch with this nameless Center within.

Desire – that is, too big the passion – without connection with Self  is unspeakable pain, wretchedness.

Our desires have a chance to come true only when we are in touch with the Center of our being. Contact with Self is the soothing caress of Happiness, and the connection with it heals and opens the right doors.

Happiness without craving is the only authority to be trusted.
