“Let´s dance or sit Zazen and let our mind dance between thoughts. sway back and forth, turn in circles, gyrate and sing, stretch out our arms and embrace the vibrating, shaking, jumping; undulate your belly and breathe into and out of the Universe, sway the hips in circles, and feel the breeze of your breath on your life.

Do you hear the drums, the bells, the bass all moved by the beating in your breast and the pumping of the lungs?
